Facilitating Problem Definition Virtually Using Challenge Mapping

Experience how to virtually facilitate challenge mapping, an innovative conceptual thinking method that integrates analytical and imaginative thinking to create better, more robust strategies applicable to any complex problem like “increasing sales” or “creating a better education system.” In this highly interactive session, learn tangible tools and techniques you can use day-to-day to:


  • Uncover real root causes and discover new aspirational opportunities in complex problems leading to new insights on how to innovate.
  • “Normalize” the effect of organizational levels or the “loudest voices” in the room in service of true problem understanding from ALL content experts.
  • Create an explicit logical map connecting actionable tactics to strategic pillars and broad strategic vision as a better way to articulate robust strategies with ownership.
